06:48 pm - Lush Skincare products I haven't had as much luck with Lush's facial care products but I'm still trying... Tried so far: Angels on Bare Skin Great product, gentle, makes my skin smooth, love it. BUT doesn't help with the occasional annoying acne.
Herbalism I tried this because it's supposed to help with acne but it's not meant for sensitive skin, so OUCH, OUCH, OUCH. I think my skin went hay-wire after using this, it stripped my skin down, meant for more oily skin. My fault, should have paid more attention when buying this product. I've heard it works wonders for oily skin peeps though.
Fresh Farmacy VERY DRYING!!! But great as an on the spot, overnight acne spot treatment. Soothes the red, shrinks swelling. Can't wash my whole face with it though.
Breath of Fresh Air Toner Softens skin, nice.
Tea Tree Water Too dry for my sensitive skin, stings, ouch.
Celestial Moisturizer A little thick, makes my face feel a little funny after putting in on, like I have a layer of something on, doesn't feel like it is absorbed right away. Jury still out...

03:52 pm - Confessions of a Lushie I love lush. I discovered this store while traveling and have been to Lush stores in Chicago, Boston, Portland, & Toronto. They opened one at the Mall of America here in Minneapolis and I'm in heaven...
Product Reviews: Let's start with hair products for the first post....
My favorite Lush product so far, Godiva Solid Shampoo. Smells so wonderful, lasts in my hair all day long, everytime I turn my head, wafts of smelly pleasure follow me. Solid shampoo lasts FOREVER, reduces packaging and waste & makes my hair feel like silk.
American Cream Conditioner. Nice. I went through the bottle lightening fast though, since my hair needs so much conditioner.
Coolaulin Conditioner. Smells like coconut, glorious and wonderful. Again, went through the bottle super, duper fast.
Retread Hair Treatment. Spa treatment for your hair, feels fantastic. I do have to admit though, that my hair almost looks a little too worn out after this treatment, I'm not crazy about the texture after it, almost a little lifeless. I only use it once every few months.
Jungle Conditioner. Since I go through the bottle conditioners so fast, I thought I'd try a solid conditioner so I just purchased this recently. Oh. My. God. Love the smell, my comb goes right through my hair (a big goal) and it leaves my hair singing with joy. My hair is almost mold-able after using it, it does whatever I want it to do. LOVE IT! Now we'll just see how long it lasts...
